Building Seniors Housing
New housing complexes have increased the options for seniors who wish to stay in Assiniboia. The Lions Estates on Sturgeon Road was the first new housing unit completed since 1985. Glendale Courts, Quail Ridge Apartments, Sturgeon Creek Estates, and the Kiwanis additions were added over the last several years. These housing units provide a range of options such as life lease, subsidized rental units or supported living with a variety of price ranges.
