Continued to visit and discuss issues with constituents between elections
Constituency office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Every Friday morning Jim was in the office so that constituents could drop in and discuss whatever was on their minds. He also canvassed, door to door, between elections in order to stay in touch. Coffee parties, summer barbeques and community events provide opportunities to get to know constituents and their issues.
